Company Profile

Huzur machine was established in 1996 by Ali Yılmaz and Bülent Yılmaz who have vocational experience in mechanical engineering and spare parts for textile machinery production.

During the years of establishment, inspections were contucted on the yarns which were not manufactured in Turkey and a production strategy was adopted. Thus, Huzur Machine has been the first firm to produce Chenille Machinery.

Thanks to excellent performance of the machinery, Huzur Machine has been the leader of the sector with its capacity of seventy thousand spindles operating in the local and foreign markets for seven years.

Huzur Machine proved its quality to the enterpreneur textile manufacturers by participating in the international exhibitions and the exhibitions organized in Turkey as of 1996. Today our machinery satisfy the textile manufacturers who aim to make production in accordance with the world standarts in many countries especially in Italy, the Middle East, North Africa and North and South America regions.

In order to meet the increasing demands and advance its production capacity, the firm moved to its new production facility of 7000 sqm, which has a closed area of 4500 sqm, in Istanbul Hadımkoy. In this new production complex, a special staff composed of mechanical engineers, technicians and specialist work to develop new technologies in fancy yarn production.

Huzur Machine uses the latest technology CNC looms to manufacture precision parts of its high speed fancy yarn machinery. CNC line which is supported with new computer technologies is composed of three parts including 26 looms.

Our machinery, which provide more productive yarn manufacturing with the best configuration, have a production capacity of 120 spindles. The whole functions of our machinery are computer controlled. Our machinery, which operate with a special software, provide the users excellent variations thanks to its menu with touch-screen and wide range of selection.

We produce Rotary Blade Chenille Machinery, Razor Blade Chenille Machinery, Regafil Fancy Yarn Machinery, Soft Winding Machinery, Hank Winding Machine and Front Cleaning Systems.

In our new production complex, we produce 2400 spindles in a month. The machinery we produce have the capacity of working for 24 hours in high RPM speed. Besides,they are produced to provide service for years in the same facility. The whole materials used in these machinery are precision made and high quality electronic spare parts are preferred.

The world fancy yarn is a quite different world providing new oppurtunities to the enterpreneur textile manufacturers enabling them to produce various types of yarns. With this concern, Huzur Machine develops new projects in order to provide new oppurtunities to the textile sector. Our firm also engages in ISO 9002 quality system standart activities.
